(Bones) I am well structured and balanced. Today influences my future and not my past. The effort I put forth today does have an effect. There is always time to learn as long as I am willing.
(Bone Deformities) I breathe in life fully. I relax and trust the flow and the process of life. I set and accomplish a goal for each day. I structure my life, and I include flexibility within the structure.
(Bone Fractures) I am my own authority in my world, for I am the only one who thinks in my mind. Each experience I have is useful for learning purposes, whether pleasant or unpleasant. It is through learning from experience that I am propelled to the next higher level of happiness and fulfillment.
(Bone Marrow) Divine Spirit is the structure of my life. I am safe and loved and totally supported. I build a purpose for living by creating a purpose for each activity I perform. My purpose in life is a personal benefit to me.
(Jaw Problems & TMJ Syndrome) I am willing to change the patterns in me that created this condition. I love and approve of myself. I am safe. I openly share my ideas with others, and put them into practice in order to gain the flexibility to use other people's ideas. I am free.
(Osteomyelitis) I am peaceful with life. I trust the process of life. I am safe and secure. I write down all the skills, talents, abilities, and worthwhile knowledge I have, and I create ways to use it.
(Osteoporosis) I stand up for myself, and Life supports me in unexpected, loving ways. I develop a new structure or learn a new talent or ability.
(Skeletal System Problems) I am strong and sound. I am well structured My structures aid me in fulfilling my desires and needs, as well as improve the quality of my life. I am growing and learning.
(Slipped Disc) Life supports all of my thoughts. All is well.
(Spinal Curvature or Scoliosis) I release all fears. I now trust the process of life. I know that life is for me. I stand straight and tall with love. I write down my thoughts each day, and examine them carefully. I begin to know my Self and become aware of what I want to change about myself.
(Spinal Meningitis) I release all blame, and accept the peacefulness and joy of life. My body is a vehicle for the real Self. I look into someone else's eyes for five minutes and describe what I discover.
(Spine) I am supported by Life.
