(Bladder Problems/Cystitis) I
comfortably and easily release the old and welcome the new in my
life. I am safe. I cannot change the past, so I place my
attention on learning from the past and being productive in the
present. I now create the future I desire.
(Hepatitis) My mind is
cleansed and free. I leave the past and move into the new. All is
well. It is time for me to decide what I really want to do with
my life. I will no longer restrain the desires that I have
attempted to ignore for years. I will do it!
(Jaundice) I feel
tolerance and compassion and love for all people, myself
included. I need to decide to do what I truly want to do. I can
have what I want. I now begin to find ways to prove to myself
that I can have whatever I desire.
(Kidney Problems) Divine
right action is always taking place in my life. Only good comes
from each experience. It is safe to grow up. I cannot change the
past. The present, not the past, determines my future. I will
stop trying to live in the past. I will now begin to create
anything I truly desire. I love myself.
(Liver Problems) I choose to
live through the open space in my heart. I look for love and find
it everywhere. I now begin to respect myself. I am an important
individual. I can see progress in my life by creating
self-respect and a purpose for living.
(Nephritis) Only right
action is taking place in my life. I release the old and welcome
the new. All is well. I love and approve of myself. I care for
me. I am totally adequate at all times. I am totally open-minded
to new ideas, new ways of doing activity, and new ways of
perceiving life.
(Spleen Problems) I love and
approve of myself exactly as I am. I trust the process of life to
be there for me. I am safe. All is well. I imagine a desire, make
a decision, and act upon it.

create joyful experiences in my life. I keep my attention in the
present, and not in the past.
