(Blood Pressure Problems) It is not my responsibility to live for others. I am capable of fulfilling my own life.
(High Blood Pressure) I joyously release the past. I am at peace. I have the right and duty to have high expectations of my Self. I communicate these to others, and listen to their ideas and suggestions.
(Hypertension) My ability to respond is a freedom and not a burden. I remember my goals. I remember my purpose so that life will never be a burden again. I love the present moment.
(Insomnia) I lovingly release the day and slip into peaceful slumber, knowing that all my needs and desires will be fulfilled.
(Nerves) I communicate with ease and with joy.
(Nervous Breakdown) I open my heart and create only loving communication. I am safe, and I am well. I can never escape from my Self. I can handle anything I create.
(Nervousness) I am on an endless journey through eternity, and there is plenty of time. I communicate with my heart, and I concentrate. All is well
(Nervous System Disorders) I touch someone at least ten times each day, and I describe out loud what the touch is like. I practice describing the flavor of foods.
(Neuralgia) I forgive myself. I love and approve of myself. I communicate with love. I watch a child under the age of seven for one hour a day for 30 days. I observe the joy that the child experiences in new learning. I imitate the joy of the child until I can create it at will.
(Spasms) I release, I relax, and I let go. I am safe in life. I give my body and muscles direct commands.
(Twitches) I am approved of by all of life. I am safe. All is well.
