(Bowels) Represent the release of waste.
(Bowel Problems) Fear of letting go of the old or no longer needed; holding on to the past; habitual thinking and actions.
(Colon Problems) Holding on to the past.
(Constipation) Refusing to release old ideas; stuck in the past; sometimes stinginess; procrastination, resulting from holding on to the past.
(Intestines) Represent assimilation, absorption and elimination with ease.
(Intestinal Disorders) Holding on to the painful past, and refusing to embrace and utilize the present; holding on to or rejecting one's ideas, whether past or present opinions.
(Mucus Colon) Layered deposits of old, confused thoughts clogging the channels of elimination; wallowing in the gummed mire of the past; need to release one's ideas of the past.
(Parasites) Giving power to others or to the past, and letting them or it take over.
(Toxins) Holding on to unproductive thoughts.

(Bowels) Letting go is easy.
(Bowel Problems) I freely and easily release the old and joyously welcome the new. I cannot change the past, but I can change the present in order to create the future I desire. I begin now to change my Self, and I make an improvement every day. I am willing to admit when I am wrong or have made a mistake.
(Colon Problems) I change my physical thinking to mental thinking. I only fail when I refuse to learn from my experiences. By learning, I will outperform my previous endeavors.
(Constipation) As I release the past, the new and fresh and vital enter my life. I allow life to flow through me. The past is not good enough anymore. I am worth more. The only place to build security is in the present. Security is created by repeated success. Holding on to old, outworn attitudes causes a slowing down of my learning process.
(Intestines) I easily assimilate and absorb all that I need to know, and release the past with joy.
(Intestinal Disorders) Now is the time to enjoy life, and to live life to the fullest. Once each day I prove the limitation of something I was told as a child or earlier in my life in order to expand myself beyond any preconceived biases or limitations.
(Mucus Colon) I release and dissolve the past. I am a clear thinker. I live in the present in peace and joy. I practice loving my Self in order to fogive my Self for the past that no longer exists.
(Parasites) I lovingly take back my power, and eliminate all interference.
(Toxins) I stop poisoning my Self with my thoughts. I intentionally think of ten productive thoughts each day, verbalizing and recording them.
