(Bowels) Represent
the release of waste.
(Bowel Problems) Fear of
letting go of the old and no longer needed; holding on to the
past; habitual thinking and actions.
(Dysentery) Fear and
intense anger; believing "they" are out to get you;
oppression and hopelessness; blaming the Self for conditions that
are not desirable; belief in the idea of the Self as being weak
and therefore creating susceptibility in the body.
(Diarrhea) Fear;
rejection; running off; believing and thinking that time is
running out, so therefore wanting to get things over with rather
than receiving and using what is available.
(Bowels) Letting go
is easy.
(Bowel Problems) I freely
and easily release the old and joyously welcome the new. I cannot
change the past. I can change the present in order to create the
future I desire. I begin now to change myself. I make an
improvement every day. I am willing to admit when I am wrong or
have made a mistake.
(Dysentery) I create
peacefulness in my mind, and my body reflects this. I am the
power and authority in my world. I am at peace. I am filled with
life and energy and the joy of living. I am only weak when I
refuse to set goals and act upon them.
(Diarrhea) My intake,
assimilation and elimination are in perfect order. I am at peace
with life. I am courageous. I bring the real me out where others
can see me. I am a valuable person.
