outworn ideas about the Self as a way of hiding; believing that
the ideas of the Self are unworthy, thereby restricting their
expression.
(Inflammation, dermal) Fear;
inflamed thinking; suppressed anger; extreme over-reaction to
one's outer or inner environment, due to defensiveness.
(Itching) Desires
that go against the grain; unsatisfied; remorse; itching to get
out or get away.
(Lupus or Erythematosus) Giving up;
belief that it is better to die than to stand up for one's Self;
anger and punishment; bitterness from trying to manipulate
others, and not being able to do so; insecurity in the belief in
one's Self and one's ability to fulfill their desires.

peace, love and joy surround me and dwell in me. I am safe and
secure. I will not hide from my Self. I find a way each day to
make myself a better person.
(Inflammation, dermal) My thinking
is peaceful, calm and centered. I consider each situation as a
totally new opportunity to learn. Life is fun instead of
something to be feared or angry about. I visualize myself moving
towards my goals and desires. I depend upon myself now in order
to be able to depend upon others in the future.
(Itching) I am at
peace just where I am. I accept my goodness, knowing that all my
needs and desires will be fulfilled.
(Lupus or Erythematosus) I speak up
for myself freely and easily. I claim my own power. I love and

myself. I practice meditation each day in order to get in touch
with my inner Self.

approve of myself. I am at peace with the process of life. I am
not a bad person. Everyone is not out to get me. I have value and
worth. I forgive and love myself and others.
(Skin) I feel safe
to be me. I practice communicating my thoughts and ideas with
others, and I listen completely to their responses.
(Skin Disorders) I lovingly
protect myself with thoughts of joy and peace. The past is
forgiven and forgotten. I am free in this moment.
(Skin Eruptions) I do not
have to create a false persona. I can be myself with others.
