(Aches) Longing for
love; longing to be held.

Invalidating the Self; self-criticism; fear; refusing to act upon
one's desires, thereby creating pressure upon the Self; resisting
needed change; procrastination.
(Migraine Headaches) Dislike of
being driven; resisting the flow of life; sexual fears; feeling
pressured by factors that seem to be out of one's control.
(Nervousness) Fear;
anxiety; struggle; rushing; not trusting the process of life;

(Aches) I love and
approve of myself. I am loving and lovable. I create a clear
picture of my next goal. I initiate immediate and regular,
day-by-day, step-by-step action upon this goal.
(Headaches) I love and
approve of myself. I see myself, and what I do, with eyes of
love. I am safe. I respond to my desires quickly. I allow no
situation to get out of hand by postponing any needed action.
(Migraine Headaches) I relax
into the flow of life, and let life provide all that I need,
easily and comfortably. Life is for me. I move in the direction
that I really want to do, to say, or to be.
(Nervousness) I am on an
endless journey through eternity, and there is plenty of time. I
communicate with my heart. All is well.
(Pain) I lovingly
release the past. They are free and I am free. All is well in my
heart now. I create a purpose for everything I do in order to
experience the pleasure of that activity, instead of desiring to
mentally ignore what I am doing.
